Bureau Veritas Bangladesh has successfully conducted a seminar on 'Driving Sustainability and Tackling Challenges' on 15th Jul 2024 at Dhaka. It was attended by more than 100 participants from various sectors of economies like RMG, O&G, IT, P&U, Financial Institutes, Pharma, Food Processing and Govt. Departments.
During the seminar, the BV team discussed various sustainability aspects and challenges regarding #Sustainability Reporting & Assurance, LCA, PCF, #NetZero, SBTi, CDP and #Sustainable Finance in light of the sustainability landscape of the country. The discussion was led by Rupam Baruah, Business Head – Sustainability (South Asia) of Bureau Veritas and moderated by Sohel Azad, Country Manager, Bureau Veritas, Bangladesh.
With the immense response from the industries and service sectors in Bangladesh, Bureau Veritas has planned to conduct many more such interventions in terms of Webinar, Focused Seminar and CXO Workshops in various industrial hubs of Bangladesh.
